Andros is an enterprise SaaS platform for provider network management that enables credentialing, monitoring, network development and provider data management.

Their story
Provider credentialing is a complex and time-consuming process, creating administrative burdens for payers and providers alike. Manual inefficiencies often lead to delays in provider onboarding, increased compliance risks, and higher costs.
Recognizing the need for a streamlined solution, Andros was founded in 2013 by Mike Simmons and two partners to modernize provider credentialing through technology. The company expanded into broader provider network management for payers with the acquisition of Glenridge Health in 2020. Today, Andros integrates data-driven automation and deep industry expertise to optimize the network development process, helping healthcare organizations scale efficiently.
Andros has refined its go-to-market strategy, leveraging the core platform developed by the founding team and Glenridge acquisition to drive growth and efficiency.

Our partnership
Our partnership began after spending time researching complexity and compliance challenges with provider data while at the same time experiencing these challenges firsthand with our own healthcare services companies. Our initial thesis was predicated on streamlining an important step in the process of provider network management – credentialing a clinician – which in many cases takes over 90 days.
That work led us to identify CrediSimple (now Andros) as the platform around which we could build various capabilities. Since closing our initial investment, we have supported the company both organically and inorganically to broaden its product and service offering in an effort to be an enterprise player in the payer services market. Now led by CEO Jeff Fritz, whom we recruited, we are working with Andros to refine its go-to-market strategy and leverage the core platform to drive growth and efficiency.
